Just Perfect! Home Staging and More Team
Jessica has a background in Marketing &
Fine Arts and a BA in Arts Management from the College of Charleston. She briefly studied architecture while abroad in Sydney, Australia and had experience working at boutiques and galleries, creating displays and boosting marketing tactics before deciding to pursue a lifelong dream of working for herself, doing something she loves. Since starting Just Perfect! in 2007, Jessica has been published in numerous local media outlets. She gives seminars to agent offices, as well as the public. She was a Top Five Finalist for RESA 2010 Professional Stager of the Year and was also chosen as the only licensed instructor for N.C. to teach the CSP Elite Agent Course for CE Credits to real estate agents. Jessica is continuously being involved in the industry and the community, and is always learning. She got her real estate license in 2009 so that she could better understand her agent-partners' needs, and while she does not use her license to buy or sell real estate, it is a great informational tool for her that continues to allow her to enhance her services to make things easier for her partners and clients. Jessica is always eager to learn and grow both personally and professionally... she believes she and her company can always be better, so it never stops evolving. Jessica has big dreams, and you are sure to see them reveal themselves through the years with Just Perfect! Jessica was born in Wilmington, NC, and grew up in Elon/Burlington, NC. Prior to starting her company, Jessica had always been heavily involved in both the fine and performing arts. She grew up riding horses, and was on the Equestrian team at the College of Charleston. If you catch her working at home, and hear something chirping in the background... it's not a child, it's her cockatiel (a.k.a. "Babie") which she has had since she was about 11. If you follow her on Facebook or Twitter, you'll hear about Chloe, her dog, who is quite the source of entertainment with her quirky habits. Jessica loves working with clients and agents and will always try to find possible solutions for you and help you accomplish your goals.

LEAD INTERIOR SPECIALIST
Rebecca has been a
resident of Wilmington for 6 years and a member of the Just Perfect! team since 2008.
Rebecca has a lot of talent and adds many assets to our team. She is a project leader, and is great at color and finish selections, space planning, staging, and pre-build plans, as she pays close attention to detail. Originally from Carrollton, TX a suburb of Dallas, Rebecca attended
Texas A&M University and earned a Bachelor's degree in
Environmental Design. After graduation, she accepted a internship
position at Burt Hill Kosar Rittelmann, an architecture, interior &
engineering design firm in Washington, DC. Several years later, a move
to Wilmington resulted in a 5 year architectural internship at John
Sawyer Architects where she developed skills not only in commercial
& residential architecture, but in graphic design, 3D modeling, web
design and interior selections. Rebecca is a Leland resident and is married to a local fire-fighter/business enthusiast.

SALES
Rebecca is Jessica's sister, and has been a part of the Just Perfect! team since its
establishment in 2007. While attending college at the University of
North Carolina at Wilmington, she helped out part-time with the
business and has watched it grow over the years. She graduated summa cum
laude with a degree in marketing from UNCW’s Cameron School of
Business. After graduation, she knew she wasn’t ready to leave this
charming city by the sea and took a
position in sales and marketing with Just Perfect! She works in close liaison with agents and clients, and excels in communication and relationship building, as well as organization and creative marketing. In her free time,
Rebecca loves to explore all that Wilmington has to offer. From
downtown to Wrightsville Beach, she is always looking for new shops,
restaurants and local events to attend. In working with Rebecca, Just
Perfect! received a sort of package deal because her beloved dog,
Isabella, is never too far away, providing companionship and comic
relief for the whole team!

MARKETING
Andrea is our marketing extraordinaire! With lots of experience in real estate and new construction, as well as marketing, she is a definite asset. She knows how to relate to builders and real estate agents, and develops materials that will speak to them, as well as our home-sellers. She has a "go-get'em" attitude and is always up for a challenge. Assisting the company with social media, marketing of our client's properties, special campaigns, press releases, awards programs, and more, Andrea is not always seen front and center, but she makes a huge impact to our followers, clients, and team. When not working with us, she helps other business owners through her company In Awe Marketing.
PHOTOGRAPHER
Joshua Curry is our fabulous photographer. He is skilled at finding the perfect composition to capture a room for buyers, and balancing light and color to create a story for the buyer and leave them wanting more. His photography stands out on home searches, and thus helps our client's properties stand out from their competition. Joshua Curry is the man behind Joshua Curry Photography and is also the renowned photographer for Wrightsville Beach Magazine, and primarily shoots commercial and architectural photography.
 , BUYER + HEAD CHEERLEADER
Teresa is Jessica + Rebecca's mom, and is an amazing member of the remote support team at Just Perfect! She travels to Wilmington and helps on projects locally when we really need extra help. Teresa is constantly on the lookout for good buys in her area and going on buying trips with Just Perfect! throughout the state. Teresa previously had a boutique in Burlington, as well as an art and merchandising background. So she loves merchandising, and designing fabulous looks, with clothes, or in a house... She has been a huge help finding fabulous pieces + in many other aspects of business. If you are a "Fan, or Like" Just Perfect!
