Today, we are all busy and most of us do not want to buy a new home only to have to spend more money, more time, and do more work to get it move-in ready. Just Perfect! helps make the buying process effortless by identifying homes that meet one of three sets of standards. When you see the Just Perfect! Seal of Approval, you will know exactly what to expect even before you walk in the door.

A home that carries the Bronze Seal, has a seller that has put effort into making their home buyer ready. They have cleared a lot of their personal belongings and clutter. A basic staging has been performed, so buyers can easily determine whether the house is a perfect fit for them. They have completed small maintenance items that were needed, and have cleaned the home well so that it is ready for new owners. When you see a home that has earned the Bronze Seal, you can expect it to be:
- Deeply Cleaned
- Uncluttered
- Ready for a quick closing, with many items already packed
- Staged so the buyer can easily understand the space and function of each room
- Well-maintained, with minor repairs made to keep it in good condition

A home carrying the Silver Seal, can be expected to be pretty much turn-key. In addition to Bronze Standard requirements, the homeowner must make sure the buyer won’t have to do immediate work to feel comfortable in the house when they move in. They have either completed the work themselves, or contracted it out. Bottom line: the buyer does not have to worry about it. This seal may be earned if the home was already in turn-key condition and/or if the improvements have been made at our suggestion to bring it up to this standard. When you see a home that has earned the Silver Seal, you can expect it to: - Have neutral flooring that is in good shape
- Have neutral wall colors that could suit any buyer’s taste and belongings
- Have basic landscaping and a well maintained and manicured yard
- Be professionally cleaned regularly
- Have basic repairs already taken care of

 A home carrying the Gold Seal has truly gone above and beyond what is typically required to prepare a home for sale. They have addressed as many potential items as possible to ensure the home is move-in ready and have even added value to the home by updating and/or upgrading features in the home. Properties at this standard either are new construction, or have taken steps to make them comparable to new construction homes. Everything is up to date and fit for most any decor. You can buy a Gold Standard home and know all you have to do is add your personal touch to make it home. - Completion of Major Updates (fixtures, appliances, cabinets, hardware, counters, etc.)
- Home Inspection
- Completion of major necessary home repairs (new roof, windows, hvac, etc.)
