Just Perfect! offers both Vacant and Occupied home staging.

Getting Started: We begin with an in-home orientation and consultation. (Currently offered complimentary) This allows us to meet you, the home-owner, and get to know you and the house you are selling. We will meet with you and your agent (if you have one and they are available) to find out background on the home. We will discuss any areas of concern you and your agent have had as well as remarks you have gotten on your home from potential buyers and other agents. We will talk to you both about staging, why it is beneficial and how it will help you. We want to work with you and your agent as a team - we all have the same goal - to help your house sell! During this orientation, we will photograph the home and set up a time to meet with you in a few days to go over our proposal. Our proposals include different options so that we can best meet your needs and fit your budget.

Vacant Staging + Model Homes: This is a fantastic service, for any age home including new construction. We bring in furniture, accessories and lighting to stage the key areas of the house; example - entry, kitchen, master bed & bath, living area, dining room, etc. Correct furniture placement, lighting and accessorizing turn a cold, empty house into a warm and welcoming "model home."

Occupied Staging: By providing an objective, non-personal look at your property, we are able to make changes that will appeal to the buyers' perspective. We stage your home using what you have to create the optimal arrangement and visual presentation that will make an astounding first impression for buyers to fall in love with. (Sometimes we may recommend that we bring in a few accessories or pieces to help tie everything together or make it pop.) We will make the house both livable and marketable.

Vacation + Furnished Rentals: We can stage or re-design properties that are for rent. We develop a proposal of improvements, organize, and make the property eye catching and inviting to anyone looking to rent or vacation in the area.

Additional Services: Beyond staging, Just Perfect! offers a variety of services through a team of affiliate companies to provide even more impact for your home on the market. If your curb appeal is not up to par, we have landscapers that will set your house apart to catch buyers' attention. An intense cleaning and fresh coat of paint can make a huge difference! Plus flooring, storage, repairs, and other small jobs that could add to your homes marketability are also available. In our proposals, we include recommendations for any of these services that we feel your house would benefit from.
