Just Perfect! Home Staging and Training offers some of the best and most

Staging and Redesign Training was established in 2007 with the mission
of helping new and existing home stagers work in today’s real estate
marketplace. Since then both our instructors and students have been
awarded national and international awards, including the Real Estate
Staging Association’s Professional Stager of the Year, Rookie of the
Year awards as well as having been nominees and finalists for RESA’s
Innovator of the Year and Home Staging Company of the Year awards. By keeping tabs on what’s currently going
on in the home staging industry and changing our courses to reflect
today’s market, we ensure our students have the most up to date home
staging training possible.

3-DAY CERTIFICATION
COURSE
Experience the business of staging hands-on. On Day 1 and Day 2 you
will be immersed in education and learn from some of the Staging
Industries top performers in a classroom style experience, allowing for
workshop participation, question and answer sessions and ultimate
learning experience. Finally on Day 3 you will have the opportunity to
stage an occupied home currently on the market. After the course you
will be able to take your certification test. Passing with at least an
80% mark earns you the SAR designation and the right to use the
Certified Property Consultant® title.

5-DAY CERTIFICATION COURSE
The first course of its kind combines the traditional staging
methodology with today’s technology. In this course you will receive
and learn how to run your business on your new Lenovo IdeaPad touch
screen table PC. If you aren’t already computer savvy, don’t worry,
there is even a computer class for you. In addition to everything in
the 3-day course you will have the opportunity to bid,
prep and stage a vacant home currently on the market. After the course
you will be able to take your certification test. Passing with at least
an 80% mark earns you the SAR designation and the right to use the
Certified Property Consultant® title.

ONLINE CERTIFICATION COURSE
Learn at your own pace while taking advantage of the most comprehensive
online course in the industry. Through e-books, workbooks and webinars
you will learn both the business and aesthetics of the staging
industry. After the course you will be able to take your certification
test. Passing with at least an 80% mark earns you the SAR designation
and the right to use the Certified Property Consultant® title.
